All rumors of trades has to take the cap penalty into account. We may not have been able to acquire a T in FA because of it, and the expenditure of Draft picks for RGIII may have impacted our abilities to acquire T's in the Draft. All of what I just stated may be as rediculous as the Bleacher Report trade, or positively any report from PFT, or BA may have just been yammering up the airwaves blowing smoke. But I'm sure it's a little bit of all of the above.
