Update those Chris Russell tweets Ruhskins :cool-smil

Seems he's fine.

@Rich_Campbell: Yeah, Trent is laughing with teammates on the sideline. No crutches or anything like that. It's not noticeably wrapped or anything.

@Russellmania980: Trent Williams is signing autographs behind #Redskins bench, appears to be limping a bit...but putting all weight on it. Should be no issue.

O-line, Polumbus looked pretty good last night.. Guess the sky is not falling yet, and RG3's mobility wasn't even on display yesterday. Maybe Shanhan does know what he's doing on the O-line?

Still, will need to continue to watch until the reg season.

How about Shanahan names Polumbus the starter and trade Brown back to the Saints for that 3rd round pick we gave up?

Makes perfect sense, there isn't anything that might have lowered his value since then.

Re: We've got big trouble on the OL.

I saw on TV last night that the x-rays were negative, so Williams should be fine. He said he wasn't sure if he'd practice at the beginning of the week, but that there shouldn't be any long-term issues.

He was injured on the touchdown play and I have to say, both Garcon and RGIII owe him some beignets. Williams was 10 yards downfield and blocked two Bills players to clear the lane. Glad to see him moving closer to his potential.

I think it was Moss blocking on that play too...big props to teamwork

Re: We've got big trouble on the OL.

I think we might owe the OL a bit of an apology right now. I thought they held their own against a pretty talented front.

Agreed. Bills have one of the best if not THE best front line in football. For having three regular non-starters I think we did pretty well. Can't say Polumbus didn't do well against Mario Williams.

I think once they got going they played well. They were getting crushed in the run game the first series.

I think before we "crown there ass" the new hogs we should let them play an entire regular season game. But much to their credit, the pass protection was outstanding. Gettis surprised me the most on the line, he was getting out there on the scoring drive in run blocking...Polumbus handle Mario in pass protection. The worst play I saw, Monty get crushed once on a run play
