According to Shanahan it was an "undisclosed" draft pick. I don't get the undisclosed part. What does it matter if people know what the pick is?
If it's undisclosed until finalized (i.e. passes physical, paperwork approved, etc.), I kind of get that b/c, if the deal goes south, maybe you can get another offer and knowledge of the original offer may affect subsequent trade attempts. Other than that, however, why "undisclosed"?
