See the reason for excitement now? Even our wins against the worst teams in the league, we couldn't take them by more than 7 points. I just re-watched that Cardinals win last week and it was a nail-biter.

I think we're better on paper but paper doesn't win games. Not getting my hopes up after a convincing win over a bad team in pre season. If we lose to New Orleans, which I think we will, I want to see a close game in which the offense scores points. Then I'll have some optimism. We've been down the pre season hype road before.
