I honestly think the playbook functions in Madden kind of suck. You can't do anything fancy without doing funny business with formations to import play-actions, interesting blocking schemes, reverses, etc. They need to fix that. If you move where the RB lines up it breaks the play action (at least visually). You should be able to design play-action plays of your own along with reverses, end arounds, etc. A hook and lateral would be nice, but that's probably too fancy. Although now that Spurrier is gone, my motivation for implementing the Emory and Henry is gone (he torched tennessee with it a couple of times), I'd still like to be able to split up the 5 O-linemen and put them where I want them (keeping to the rules, mind you). The also need to figure out that you can return FGs that don't go out of the endzone as if they were punts. You think they would have fixed that after the Ravens did it in a game against the Broncos (I believe) about 2-3 years ago.
