I like tha Gannaway suggestion. He'll know some of the playbook already (the Baylor part) and RGIII's tendancies...plus, any RB can succeed with Mike Shanahan it seems.

I coached against him in HS from his sophomore-senior year, he was an unbelievable HS rb. But he is an even better man. Great guy, good head on his shoulders, hes been through a lot of personal trials wouldnt bother me to have him around. Negatives-I heard in NY he couldnt pass protect very well and fumbled a few times.
