Skins vs Saints predictions

Keep in mind people that the Saints AVERAGED 41+ points and almost 500 yards of offense in their 8 home games last year... NUTS!

Brees & Co. facing our secondary (See # 2 below)?? Whew...

That, and look at the tough breaks for us in a 2 week period...

1) We lose Jackson & Meriweather. 2) We will be forced to watch coverage skills of D. Hall, C. Griffin, and R. Doughty for 40+ pass attempts. 3) They get 2 very good defensive starters reinstated just for us....

Tough draw game one... We will hold them below their average at least I think... lol

Bleh, I dont expect the Saints to be as automatic this year, with Brees holding out, half their coaching staff gone, the negative attention from Bountygate, and lets be real, the guys that just got reinstated.........Is that really a plus for them? They havent played any preseason games or practices...........I just think all of that will be too much to overcome in the first week. The press will make excuses for the saints, but the end result remains the same.

Im going to be honest, i thought the skins would go down there and get the shant kicked out of them. I hope i have to eat a lot of crow this year, cause ive been pretty hard on Hasslett and Kyle.

You won with the New Orleans game, I won with the Atlanta game, and the rest of the games I didn't pick against the Skins. So we were 1-1. I never said I was taking the Skins opponent every week.

So what am I missing?

I'm with Matty. He never said he would pick against the Skins every game. He said that he would put his fandom aside and pick the team he thought would win, whether it was the Skins or not.
