The difference being that Campbell didn't look like a bonifide star right out of the gate, 1 TD 0 INT's and 150 yards is pretty much the guys career line.

Let me point out some other differences:
Poor accuracy beyond dink and dunk passes, especially on anything long
Slow release long wind up
Happy feet, and tendency to throw off of his back heel
No feel for the rush
No clock in his head
Not a mobile QB despite being scouted as one
Complete inability to slide
Sometimes "scrambled" when there was no pressure and ran into needless sacks
Couldn't throw the ball away when he was running out of bounds
One handed grasp on the ball when moving in the pocket
Ball at his hip (gunslinger style) while looking down field.

I would say there are some slight differences...

Even beyond Campbell, the team as a whole perform better and didn't have the usual deficiencies from the past. The o-line protected, WRs caught passes, the defense put pressure on the opposing team's passing game, and we won the turnover batter.
