Morgan has the physical ability to be a starter. Not elite, but a starter. But he doesn't have the football IQ to be a starter. Again, his real mistake yesterday was not turning inside and getting upfield for the 1st down, instead he drifted toward the sideline and lost yardage. I don't mind him on the roster, but he's not a starter.

I don't think he has been anyway. On the depth chart it says he is, but seems like Robinson has been getting more play time than him, even before Garcon was injured.

Usually in that situation players are coached to get out of bounds to stop the clock. I have him as one of our best receivers even though he made a costly mistake yesterday.

Yes, he should have got the first down instead but he was thinking "I need to get out of bounds to stop the clock" because we were running hurry up offense with a minute to go in the game.
