Why would you pay for any of those if all you need was the FREE voter ID card? Also the SS card restriction is federal not state.

Well, if the "Free" Id voter card requires items that COST money, then it really isn't free is it?

Your argument is very weak at best. You don't even need an ID to obtain a Voter ID card.
