The really good QBs, Brady being a perfect example here, can flourish in different systems/schemes based on the surrounding talent. The NE offense was run and shoot with Randy Moss, and has since changed pretty significantly with the best downfield targets being TEs Gronk and Hernandez.

I think RGIII is definitely talented enough to adapt and flourish in just about any system/scheme, but my bigger concern is the quality of that system and the talent around him.
