Honest question here, is Jim Haslett fired at the end of the season if the defense stays this bad every week?

We know Mike and Kyle are here for one more year, but how bad would things have to get for both Shanahans to get fired? Less than 3 wins???

I am torn because i dont want rg3 to learn a new offense but shanny is losing my faith. 62 yard fg attempts and putting the game in the hands of his punt team and defense are making me scratch my head to the point that i have brain under my finger nails.
