While what Kyle did was after the game and maybe a result of frustration, I worry about the repercussions of what Belicheck did by grabbing the ref on the field of play. The refs have had a difficult time to say the least maintaining control of a game and being grabbed like that only conveys their lack of control to the players.

It's a good point. Refs have lost the confidence of both players and coaches. Won't be surprised if we see some pretty shocking things happen this weekend.
