Keep in mind, the cap penalty is our own faulty and the stupidty of our FO and the fact Vinny and Danny still haunt us with piss poor free agent signings. Cap Penalty is nobody's fault but our own.

I don't want to open up this discussion again but the cap penalty was not our fault. I think it sucks that we had to resort to that and that came from Vinny's mess. But the fact that we got hit with a 36 mil penalty was all the NFL's doing.

i disagree, i don't see how we are at fault for following the rules. there was a loophole, and we took advantage of it.

“There were no rules or agreements broken by the Redskins, the Cowboys, or any other Club with respect to Player Contracts executed in the 2010 League Year.”
