The only trade I'd make is for a CB/S. No need for a WR. Not even Welker.

We already have a Welker wearing #89.

But he doesn't get the ball nowhere near as much. But I am confident he could do what welker does if in that system.

Indeed. I think Moss has been misused most of his career. This season he's in the right position but underused.

LOL Moss is avg , Welker is the best Slot WR in the league and argubly is a#1 WR . No way is Moss on welkers level even if he was in NE Moss will never be like Welker.

no way welker is a #1, he's strictly slot.

welker is just like moss... u put welker out there on the edge like we did Moss for years... he'd look just as Avg as Moss did in that spot i garuntee it.

This.

By definition, a slot receiver is not a #1 WR. You may move a guy around between them but the positions are quite different.

Welker is a quality slot WR who gets targeted over 100 times a season. Moss would put up those numbers with that kind of involvement too.

He's a product of the NE system. Want proof? Look how easily he's just been replaced. Plug in any similar WR like Edelman and the production is the same.

Don't get me wrong, Welker IS a good receiver, but anyone playing slot with Tom Brady throwing to him is going to put up big numbers. Add any tight end into that statement too. They've used a linebacker at TE and he was a TD-scoring machine on the goal line. It's a well-oiled machine in New England.

Welker is targeted alot because he gets off of seperation and is a faster better route runner than Moss. We will never know but I doubt Moss gets avgs 110 recs a year wes welker even had big numbers when Moss and Stallworth where in 07 and other than Stallworth out Wes been just amazing. I dont think Moss would be as good I can easily see an improvement but Wes is a Reception god.

No. Moss' seperation is about as good as it gets. He's far and away the best on our roster at creating seperation. The difference is New England is superior at spreading the field, so Welker gets into space much easier. And if you put a safety over the top Brady goes to the man coverage, probably a TE this season.
Our offense, meaning Kyle's scheme, as a bad tendency to bunch things up out there. I'm laughing every Sunday at how many pass plays I watch unfold with B and G shirts within a few steps of each other downfield. Hard to create seperation when the routes have you running around your teammates lol.

Brady throws the ball 35+ times EVERY GAME.

Really? REALLY? LOL

Moss would see more targets if Robert was a pure dropback passer. But to call Welker a number 1?

Wes Welker has had 110 avg recs- a year with avg of 1000 a year with avgs of over 6 tds a year. He is even still the same without R.Moss.

Like the excuses for Moss is killing me he is in no shape better than Welker at all. 05 is clearly diff but thats about it Welker over Moss any day And yes Welker is NE #1 guy who has already 600 yards and 40 rec. Im no big stats guy but even in games you should favor Moss.

And Moss has had 5 diff QB's in WSH Jason Campbell-Rex Grossman-Brunell - And Mcnabb and he is still the same guy . Welker would be an improvement for RG3 if he was here I highly doubt Moss would be as good as Welker if you watch both of em Welker is a bit faster and a much better route runner as well as getting much more open.

We do need WR's you guys are kidding? our WR core hasnt done squat we have been scoring based on the running game and Fred Davis moving the chain and getting TO TD's. Morgan been just a good blocker nothing else. Garcon been injured you have Hankerson whos been just avg and Robinson been a non factor while Moss had one too two good games these past two weeks.

We are scoring because of the running game early TO and RG3 scrambling. I could be wrong but I didnt see any WR's last week that good other than Davis .

So is it Jennings from the Packers? if thats true Id LOL on that we would steal GB would never do that Jennings is real real Good even if hes injured next year he'll be 100% next year and will be still dangerous.
