Well some speculate that LA doesn't get a team so it can always be a threat to other cities "If you don't build this stadium, we'll just move to Los Angeles"
Some also speculate that LA might get two teams The Chargers' lease situation allows them to move to LA in 2013. Other teams like the Vikings and Jaguars don't have that luxury The Jaguars could move but it will cost them if they move before 2027
