I dont mean that you play prevent and safe from start to finish of every game. I mean that you do it when your team has played their hearts out and ELI MANNING (who has made a living of game winning drives ) has the ball with 1:30 left and we have a horrible secondary. I mean - obviously the Giants are going to pass at that point of the game. So - yes - in that postion - on this day - against that QB - you play it safe, and you hope he misses some throws, or they miss the FG - worst case scenario is we have a chance to win in OT.

If we let Eli sit in the pocket and we show him standard pass defenses he will torch us for touchdowns every single time, period. I'm done arguing this point.

Were talking about the last 1:30 of the game. OR - im sorry were arguing about it. Its ok to have different opinions - thats the whole point of a post game thread conversation.
