As to Cooley, and as others have said, I get it. I guess, though, that I think it was time to move on and he really adds nothing to the offense. At this time of year, however, pickings are slim and, I suppose, better to have a plug and play guy than hope to find some developmental guy who is a liability every time he steps on the field (insert Niles Paul joke here).
