I just did some quick reading on vertigo and found about 8 things that can cause vertigo symtoms. Some not so bad and at least one or two that sound pretty serious. Hopefully he comes out of this in good shape.

I hadn't heard that. I read that Fletcher is getting better and would be ready to take the field on Sunday against Pittsburgh.
