In all seriousness we got power back and a friend who lives near by just told me his power went out again because of the hesvy snow on the lines. On my way home to find out. Fingers crossed.

everyone here (in la) asks me why anyone chooses to live there (back home, in maryland). they can't wrap their heads around it.

i just bought tickets to go home for the holidays, looking forward to feeling the cold again.

Who knows...maybe they just don't dig 10m people jammed on top of each other in 5000 Sq miles of Urban Sprawl wrapped in the worst air quality in the nation?

Used to live in Lake Tahoe and also San Diego. Always was worried the great earthquake was gonna wash me out to see. Looks like the east coast is the danger zone now.
