I totally agree. I was never a fan of the 3-4. Unless you have a beast of a NT like Wilfork who can handle double gap assignments the scheme is a liability when executed by mediocre players. Give JH until the end of the season to pull something together or find another coach who will switch back to a 4-3.

As far as offense is concerned I think a RT is the missing piece of the puzzle. If Davis and Garcon were healthy I could see us putting up 30 points a game easy. MS and KS have put together an amazing offense. Every time I watch a game the analysts always comment on how effective the fakes are at freezing linebackers and allowing RG3 to hit players on cross routes. MS said it would take 5 years. Give him 5 years. At the beginning of the season I thought a 7 - 9 record would be beyond expectations.
