In light of this, how can you assert that the opinions of medical professionals is irrelevant and that creating some analytical array for comparing the Skins injuries to those of other teams is impossible? Conversely, you make this assertion but then, in the same breath, say we should consider your opinion as informed b/c you went obtained a degree apparently based on the research and study of those general principals. I am not a trainer but I played one on TV.

Miami grad here. Huge Ray Ray fan - mentioned him a couple months ago in another thread. Could be a huge steal in the later rounds.

Re: Brandon Meriweather, You Big Tease (Injury News)
This sorta thing makes me miss Ryan Clark, LaRon Landry, and Sean Taylor even more! There was a time when our safety core was the least of our worries. Then those dumb ass kids took Sean from this earth, and we let Clark and Landry walk away.
The answer is simple, sign Stanford Routt and move Hall to FS. We have missed a true ball hawk back there at FS, and let's be honest, Hall's only true talent is gambling and hawking the ball. |

Rak,AC, Meriweather, Davis, Garcon (not really back...he's still hurt/injured), Brown, Helu.......and you might as well call Jackson even though it's not a injury, he's still gone for the year. Again, how many teams have lost that many STARTERS for the year and still have done well? I know injuries aren't our only issue, but god damn it makes a huge difference.

You guys keep saying this, but you are presenting NO Evidence. SHOW me. Show me who they lost, for how long, and what position. If they aren't a starter, don't even bother mentioning it.

Re: Brandon Meriweather, You Big Tease (Injury News)
**** it, I did the research myself.
Quote:
Packers Add 15th Name to Injured Reserve List « Purple Pants, Green Jersey 15 on the IR list and most of these guys were NOT starters. Barnett, Finley, Grant and Burnett were the only real starters. Four guys as compared to our 8 (if you include jackson). Not even. Quote:
1. CB Terrell Thomas – Out for season/IR List 2. LB Jonathan Goff Two god damn starters. TWO!!!. Yes, they had a ton of injuries, but to back ups and second string personnel, not to starters. They also had injuries to several of their starters but for a few games, NOT the whole season. Even when some key guys went out with minor injuries, that team stunk. As soon as they came back, they started winning again. So both of your are misguided in your claims that these teams lost just as many starters as we did and still succeeded. They didn't.

Re: Brandon Meriweather, You Big Tease (Injury News)
Guys are going to get hurt. I'm just hoping the mandatory rule to wear the thigh and knee pads in 2013 will help reduce the injuries. I know players will say the pads do nothing but slow a player down, but it didn't seem to bother players from the 80's and 90's, so I don't see why it would make that big of a difference in performance. I mean, if the NBA players are wearing more pads than the NFL players, there's something weird with that.

He was laying the wood for the little bit of play he had. Hopefully he can come back next year.
