I rewatched it,the first time he is def tackled by packer,2nd time he's tripped by own players
Look at 4:08 and 4:26 and youll see some others get up after being tackled.On the people that dont get up,youll notice they cant,people either pile on or hold them down till ref calls them down.Ive googled it and I cannot find when the rules were changed
