What a piece of trash. Now, he should consider himself lucky because he works in Philly now. He can get away with being that type of neighbor in Philly or NJ.

My neighborhood was quiet too, until the neighbors from Jersey Shore moved in next door. They act just like Bynum. The cops have been out so many times in the middle of the night.

He should buy their old house, he'd fit in perfectly.
