Are you buying into the Shanaplan?

I have and had bought into the approach. How the approach is implemented is most important....that's where many teams miss. For years we screamed "we need a GM" but my response has always been.."we need a GOOD GM". Doing things the right way and doing the right things are different.

I wasn't convinced Shanny was doing the right things but I am becoming quite a believer. I have always thought he was doing things the right way...for the first time in a while around Redskins Park.
