^^^ Yup. I like the "right way" / "right things" dichotomy. Cerrato did neither. I am with you, I think Shanny has, generally, been doing things the right way - investing in young depth, building the roster from within, etc. He has done some wrong things and I think we are one or two solid drafts from "fixing" the depth issues.

We need to get to the point where we are drafting less from a "Omigod so many holes! Draft for need! Draft for need!!" to "We have holes but we can afford to pick the best available more often than not."
