We are all 8-6 and were on top. Our division record would still be the best and we would all be 9-7.
Edit: all of your stats about seattle would hold true if we had to play them in Seattle. Their margin of victory is greatly inflated because of the cardinals and bills. One of which was at home. They have one quality win on the road against the bears who have been in a free fall for two months. No way i want to play the Giants over Seattle.
And a little over a month ago we got spanked by the horrible panthers. We have zero "quality wins" on the road or at home against good opponents. We've had several tough hard fought wins that could have gone either way. Take off the b&g glasses. We are hot right now, but the seahawks are hotter. The Seahawks are a much better team than us. I like our chances against any of the other NFC playoff teams better than against them.

Therefore, we don't have any of what I would call "quality wins"... Games where we dominate a good team for 4 quarters and the game is never really in doubt. I hope that changes Sunday.

We're hot now, and were moving in the right direction, but some people here are getting carried away and thinking we don't need to be worried about teams that have better records than us. Our offense will keep us in every game, but we are not a dominant team yet.

I think you may be a little too picky in defining a quality win.

On the road in week one in New Orleans with a rookie QB... I don't remember anyone giving us much of a chance in that one. Thanksgiving in Dallas? Monday night against the Giants? I'd say those are some quality wins.

We hammered the Eagles to start this streak, so there's your big win over a bad team. Heck what about yesterday? On the road with a backup rookie QB and we put up 38... Not impressed?

You know there are some who would see us win 53-0 and complain about a missed holding call on a 3rd and 4 in the 2nd quarter.. Don't try to swim in those waters, logic doesn't float.

I'm not dead but this team is dead to me...but now that McCloughan is here they may have new life!

Jay Gruden = Zorny McSpurrier
Kirk Cousins = Next Grossman

Of course I'm impressed. As I've said, we found a way to win a lot of close games. All of our games this year have come down to the last few minutes of the game. Even this Sunday vs the browns, we didn't pull away from them until late in the 4th quarter. The game wiuld never have been as close as it was if we were a dominant team. If the Seahawks had played the browns, it would have been 45-7 or something like that. That's just not something were capable of with our defense. Yeah, seattles laid some eggs earlier in the year, but so did we. Right now, were both hot, but Seattle is a much more complete team.

How can you say we didn't really dominate the Browns game? We basically gave the Browns a gift with Cousins' first interception. I mean literally. Trent Richardson rushed for paltry 28 yards. The final score of the Browns game really doesn't tell the full story. We dominated in time of possession and the Browns didn't manage to get 300 yds in total offense.

I know people are going to be enamored by the Seahawks because they put up fifty burgers on two teams back to back. But, they win mainly at home. They have lost six of their eight road games this year. I don't really see them as any more of a complete team as the Redskins at this point.

I didn't realize the NFL is currently judging the quality of victories like the BCS, but if we're being objective, the only statement win the Seahawks have is against the Cowboys. Every other victory they have against a winning team has been a squeaker(including a gift from the replacement officials). They've also lost to the Cardinals, Rams, Lions, and Dolphins. All teams that I would classify as inferior to them, and all on the road.

If they drop 30+ on the Niners, I'll buy into their recent hot streak.
