This is nuts!

Last year we had no QB, now we could very well have TWO with great potential. Forget about unloading Cousins, unless you get the same thing you gave up to get RGIII. He is one injury away from being the #1, and we have already exercised that scenario this year. I would much rather have a young capable guy like Cousins, prepared to come in and play like he did on Sunday, than almost any other option...

AT LEAST, until we have shored up the other side of the ball, so in the event RGIII does go down, our defense can keep us in some games.

And to think, Skip Bayless was bitching about us drafting Cousins 100 picks after we drafted RG3. As it turns out, the draft selections of both Griffin III and Cousins have turned out to be the best of this past draft due to the impact both rookie quarterbacks have had this season.


I stated in an earlier post that if we trade Cousins to to the Jets, it should be for a 2nd rounder and D'brickashaw Ferguson but forget that. I like your idea of trading Cousins for 1st rounder and a future 1st rounder. He could turn out to be worth that much or even more.
