poor bastard, that's happened to me on several occasions. on one hand, it sucks, but on the other, it's nice to wipe the slate clean and start from scratch.

Defensive end Stephen Bowen was a limited participant in Wednesday’s practice. According to Coach Mike Shanahan, Bowen has a torn tendon in his upper left biceps.
“He can play with that,” Shanahan said. “It’s pretty painful right now. But people have played with that. Now, if it was the lower part of the bicep, he would be out. He’d have surgery.”
