agree. i dont think the policy is properly defined. that the first step in anything.

Richard Sherman of Seattle Seahawks says he won his appeal and won't be suspended - ESPN


The thing about it is, a player doesn't get suspended on his first positive tests. The fact Sherman is up for suspension means he had in fact failed one previous drug test prior to this one. Lucky for him, he won his appeal. However, it still doesn't clear him over the first failed drug test.

Adderall is being used as a competitive advantage, no two ways about it.
