Your words, not mine?

More than fair. I'd even say it's been earned at this point.

If u did then you have great faith. I wasn't a fire Shanny guy I thought we could finish 8-8 at best, never thought this could happen.

You can look back upon the threads.. The man asked for 5 years.. Not 2.5 years to turn around this team. Once the offense caught hold of the scheme we have been a very capable team.

I would not be surprised if we were playing in the NFC Championship game.

He had a off night passing it happens and plus Morris ran for 200 yards he didn't have to do much. That is called have a team not just a player.

DHall (and I hate him) played great today. Now, in the past he would go out and have a great game then the next week play poorly; keep it up DHall, we need you!

Also great news is that we get Cedric Griffin back next week. (and Gomes more than likely)

Random note: anyone else worried that Rob Jackson may be playing himself for a big contract somewhere else next year?

A huge shout out to the defense.
London Fletcher, DHall, Richard Crawford, Josh Wilson and Rob Jackson all made big plays today to seal the win and the NFC East Championship.
The last several weeks several people on this sight ^ got on my case and said my high opinion of Rob Jackson play was wrong foolish and wrong. How do you feel now?

Re: Cowboys at Redskins Post Game Thread

This is the only game I can remember where the defense outplayed the offense. Can't say enough about how impressive the d was, both intensity and scheme. I had wondered what we could do if Haslett dialed up more blitzes out of the secondary especially, and holy shit did it throw Romo off tonight. DHall is playing for a contract/extension. Rob Jackson is doing the same. If I had to choose between them, I'd go with Jackson. Fletcher looked like himself again tonight.

Offensively, the oline and Morris did all the work.

Yeah u have to give big props to Jim and the job they've done. Our defense is actually pretty hot right now just like our offense. Honestly the redskins are a dangerous team unlike our prior two playoff losses. I mean who was actually scared of brunell or Collins leading an offense?

Im just trying to spread the love. Lol.
To be honest he looked real shaky early and he did come very close to throwing a couple of "rookie mistakes". The one in particular where he was scrambling to his right and threw the ball away but it was very close to being a pick. His passes didnt look that crisp or concise tonite.
He certainly has earned the rite to look a little off dont get me wrong. Hes a rookie after all. Tonite their were just other players who stepped it up more imo, and thank God because teams win championships not individuals.

Hopefully, he got his bad game out of his system & will be in baller mode next week.

He will be 4 weeks post injury next week. 3-4 weeks was expressed as the typical recovery time. So, I guess we will find out if the 10% sprain we were informed of is accurate.
