Yeah, I'm not totally on board with the ide Kyle should be successor. I do want him to stay as OC, however. Too many, way too many, examples of stellar coordinators being promoted to head coach and end up sucking hard. I'm all for extending Mike.

This is why some key people in the organization think Raheem is the better HC candidate than Kyle.

I don't think there's any chance Kyle becomes our head coach. Such logic assumes mike shanahan will retire in 2 years when his contracts up. Mike will only be 62 then. Why would he want to retire from coaching? And we certainly couldn't fire him and promote Kyle. At some point, Kyle is going to leave and be a head coach somewhere else. I just hope he grooms his replacement before he goes. I'm not comfortable with mike shanahan being head coach and play caller.

I see what your saying and makes sense but, if Mike can get a SB in the next 2 years he may want to go out on top. That was my thinking. Some variables involved... but definitely incentive for Kyle to hang around awhile.

Obviously, but don't you agree that could and should be challengeable, reviewable? We all seen it I'm sure the upstairs guys seen it...

Trouble is the official time is kept on the field.

And in the end I don't think they want to slow down the game any more by opening more things up for review.

I think Arizona is making a mistake rushing to Reid. But they feel if anyone can work his magic with Kolb, it's Reid.

For the sake of AZ fans, I hope Reid can find a way to improve their offensive line. I think they had injuries in Philly, but their poor o-line play was part of their downfall IMO.

Kolb just seems like he can't stay healthy. He is always going to be hurt. I wonder if Vick will follow him there.
