I agree there as well. Regarding the accomplices who did not have guns or pull the trigger (such as the subject of this post), i feel the punishment should be a little lighter if they didnt know their friend was carrying a gun. If they knew he had a gun, then i agree with the harsher punishment. I imagine the later is the case here, since he received sucha long prison sentence.
