Not that I am being optimistic, but a lot of (not-so-reliable) news outlets are going to put up outrageous stuff out there for a while until everything is confirmed.

RT @DanHellie: Report out of Richmond from WRIC about @RGIII tearing ACL/PCL and being out 14-18 months is false. They are recanting story.

Has anyone figured out a way to go back to 14-0 and freeze time? I was on cloud nine. Visions of superbowls dancing in my head. How has it come to this?

Seems like good news would have came out by now, not liking our chances of hearing it at this point. RGIII rehab hard, Kirk Cousins keep coming in and playing well. AlfMo prepare to see the rock at least as much as last season. We are going to the playoffs again with RGIII, with KC1, or a combo of the two. Its time to be in charge of the NFC East again.

I'm done being negative about it at this point, our QB is a warrior and Shanny stuck with him. In general that is a good relationship just not in this case.

Adam Schifter is reporting that the inconclusiveness of the MRIs is probably encouraging because they can't find anything new considering his previous ACL injury while at Baylor and the LCL injury against the Ravens.

I think everyone needs to calm down until we know for sure. All ANYONE is doing now is aimlessly speculating, and it's not helpful.

I hate to even bring this up, but the question is too burning in my mind to not: if it is a serious injury that keeps him out extended time from next year, what does that mean of Shanahan?

Everyone already thinks it was a terrible decision, but to have your star player that you traded so much for and invested in go down because of a decision like that... it would be real interesting to see the reaction.

A guy on the radio down here said that you dont ask players if they can still play. Its like asking your kids if they want to stay up late and watch tv. Players want to play, kids want to stay up late.

I dont really blame anyone, but if i had to point fingers i would go with Shanny. Injuries are gonna happen, thats just life, but RGIII should have been taken out because he was inaffective. I think RG should have come out by the start of the 4th. And in retrospect, KC gave us a better chance to win right after our second touchdown.

But that's the point, you don't have to point fingers. Unless you want to, of course, but you'll be in bad company. There's just no point to it...

Let's just hope for the best result, great medical care, and an amazing recovery. Suggs and Peterson are out there to give us hope that things can go quicker than conventional medical wisdom.

You are right.

I dont blame Shanahan for Griffin's injury. But i do blame Shanahan for the loss.
