It's what the majority of us have been saying since he came back. U could tell against Philly it wasn't a grade 1 sprain. He didn't get any better over 4 weeks. It's a shame they didn't pull him after the 1st quarter tweak & especially if they knew the above. Even letting him play at all in the past few weeks was ignorant.

I don't want to take away his athletic threat but I want him to protect himself and his team. I am reminded of topgun when Iceman at first doesn't accept Maverick because although Mav is dangerous to the enemy its a reckless danger, once Mav controls it, he is a more dangerous pilot. Likewise Griffin running right now is a danger to our opponent and to himself, IF Griff learns to protect himself the threat to our opponent will be multiplied tremendously. |

Yep, could even lose our 2nd rd pick next year. Speculation of course but if the stories are true there will be a pretty significant punishment.

Re: As long as RGIII is 100% for 2013 training camp...
We could use another weapon for Griff (healthy).. That game proved that. Dudes fighting to stay on the field and WRs are dropping passes sure the throws weren't the best but someone's gotta step up.
And without a doubt we need help over the top. Madieu wasn't the worst we could do at times he made plays especially against the Viks his old team stands out. But we need help there. Twas a solid season though and im proud of this roster.

They didn't falsely discole injury info... If he tore the ACL beyond a sprain we would have knew it. Why would anybody wish that that was the case I don't want negative media and controversy any further than its gone. I just want a new season with a fresh start after a solid season ended in such ill fashion.

I'm hoping like hell it's not true. How would we really know the truth to begin with? Not like they can divulge medical records.

I agree, but when I saw RGIII's leg almost snap from the Ngata hit i wondered how did he manage a grade 1 sprain. It was too good to be true.

I think he was learning, but depending on the resuts tomorrow and going forward, he clearly didn't learn fast enough. |

Re: As long as RGIII is 100% for 2013 training camp...
All these rumors and speculation are driving me nuts. I think I will just wait to see what is really going on in the next week or so. If true that they didn't disclose the injury and let him play knowing that he could do more damage then this team and organization deserves what ever punishment and injury consequences that are coming their way.
