so you read the article in which he says he has been using stem cells to speed the recovery of his patients for 3 years, but that means to you that he chose not to do so in RGIII ??? Your reading more of what the author of the article was saying then what the DR actually said. He could be but you stated in your post that "The Dr HAS INJECTED stem cells into his knee".
