Maybe they can suspend him without a positive test, I'm merely asking that question myself. The Yanks are getting exactly what they deserve. They are paying out their ass for a guy who isn't really producing anymore. With that contract, they are eating 20+ mil per year until 2017. Boras is somewhere laughing his ass off at those idiots.

A-rods production has fallen off dramatically. Last year, they paid 29 million for a guy that hit 18 homers in 122 games.....hahaha I LOVE IT!!
