Hope everybody is alright. That looked pretty damn huge to me.

Very Scary. From what I hear there are no confirmed deaths, lets hope it stays that way.

Surprisingly, we actually had a record down year in tornadoes last year, but if the beginning of this year is any indication- it's looking like it will be a rough spring.

Thanks for the concern, guys. I appreciate it. I am fine. But I have several friends who are now homeless because of partially or fully destroyed homes. The building in which I teach and have my office is pretty damaged and some other buildings on campus are wiped out. It is almost impossible to get around town because of all of the trees and power lines down. In places the damage is worse than Katrina and I never thought that I'd be able to say that. But no one, to my knowledge, is dead, so as far as calamities go things could be much worse.

Glad to hear you're OK Lotus! Buildings and homes can eventually be replaced, but lives cannot!
