Simon is a Pro-Bowler, albeit an overrated one, and will want signifcant amounts of guaranteed money. There's certainly a better market for Simon than there was for Brown (even at this point in the year); the Ravens and Packers are just two, of probably about six to ten teams interested in acquiring Simon. I cannot, under any circumstances, imagine Simon getting less guaranteed money than $8 million and he'll probably command a lot more money than that.

I just can't see us signing this guy unless we do some serious cap manuevering and shifting some personnel around. And since we have more of a need for a pass rusher I don't know how the Skins would begin to justify signing him.
