The Wall Street Journal and others criticized Citizens Energy for continuing its relationship with the Venezuelan government and Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez, a harsh critic of U.S. President George W. During the last two years, Citgo donated eighty-three million gallons of oil, which was used to provide heating assistance to an estimated 200,000 families a year in twenty-three states.[46]

I was in NYC last week and was absolutely SHOCKED when i saw the commercial of Joe Kennedy praising Chavez and the good people of Venezuelan. This was right before Hugo dies so im guessing they just run commercials like that all the time up there? Crazy liberals.
