For as bad as the penalty is, at least we aren't oakland:

Raiders reportedly going to have $30M in dead cap space this year & are talking w/ Vince Young. Has to be tough to be a Raiders fan.

They still have about 15MM in cap space, so they're better off that us from a cap perspective.... But orgazationally, they're horrible. Definitely feel sorry for their fans.

Are you sure about that? if they have 30M in dead cap, 15M in cap space, that would mean their current cap charges are about 78M, 13M of which is Carson Palmer alone. I don't think you can field a team at the 65M mark, can you?
