Well in bonehead's case, he entered into in-patient rehab immediately in order to avoid a 364 day jail sentence! I can handle arrogance, but ignorance pisses me off.

If we brought this guy in for pennies it might be worth it. Send him to rehab, see how he does in Skins country. He had a lot of potential, maybe he can clean up his act. I think alot of teams could benefit from him if he was put in the right situation.(Recall Chris Carter.)
Is it really a risk if we bring him in for nothing.

price or warrick aren't going to be cheap, thats the problem. Koren will be. Darrell gardner was a beast for us and he has had plus continues to have personal problems. I still have not seen one reason on football field, not to sign Koren

I'll bet that either Price or Warrick, one of the two, will be signed for less than 2 mill.

Hugh is good, but aren't BOTH his legs totally shot?

I remember the eagles only put him in on 3rd downs and he played decently, but was pretty gimped up all year... If that's the case, i don't think we could trust him in run support and he's not an everydown player, so i'd have to pass...

If I had to, I'd take Price over Robinson or Warrick.

But right now I'd stand pat with what we've got.

According to the AJC (Atlanta Journal Constitution), Price has attitude problems.

Re: Any last minute free agent pickups?

I'd bet that Price goes somewhere like Philadelphia. I think he can be a good reciver, he just cant be "THE" reciver. He's not good if hes the number one guy and when he has no one to take the pressure off him.

Maybe he thought they would send him home to sober up. Or maybe he was out with Gardner and said (oh shit I have to go to jail) and Taylor gave him a ride.

Re: Any last minute free agent pickups?

I like our receiver corp. Moss and Patten as speedsters, Dyson and Thrash as possession types, and Jacobs (when/if healthy) as a tweener. I also don't want Philly to pick up Price. T.O. and Price can be a great duo.

I have also been impressed with Moss and Patten - finally - receivers who get open downfield!!! I am really in Taylor Jacobs corner, but he sure has had some bad luck with all the injuries. I was hoping to see him in the last pre-season game, but it doesn't sound to hopeful for that. I'm not really too impressed with Dyson..he just hasn't impressed me too much during the preseason. I guess I'm remembering more of his drops than his catches.....

Something tells me that McCants is going to wind up in Philly. Don't know why I think that, but I won't be surprised if that is the case!

Call me paranoid, but Philly may get McCants just to pick his brain about Joe Gibbs' updated playbook.
