Stunningly, I ACTUALLY read the words "ad hominem" in a phrase yesterday. Like a regular book! I'll probably use that every day now

Actually, they do.

Rather, the Pesonal Representative, as appointed by the probate court does, using the assets of the decedent.

These debts must be paid before any money is distributed to any heirs/beneficiaries.
