Jamal Williams from SD just got cut, also 33 and has durability issues but a good player when healthy.

does anyone else have difficulty watching redskins.com videos? my computer never syncs the sound with the video, it is very broken up. I can watch the same video on CSNsportsnet and not have any issues.

I have in the past, can't remember the last time that I tried to watch a video on there though. Wish that CSN could play it but the Caps game is on, bad timing.
