Re: Undrafted Free Agents Signed
Im excited to see WR Chris Bell (rumored undrafted free agent pick-up) and RB Keiland Williams battle for roster spots. I think both have a fighting chance

Re: Undrafted Free Agents Signed
I know the NFL/NCAA is very strict on fighting but...
Always good to blow off steam once in a while "Bring back the biff" as they say

Re: Undrafted Free Agents Signed
According to NFL.com ... Chris Bell is with the Saints...
NFL Undrafted Signees This guy has the potential to be somewhat of a steal, for real... Being from the Norfolk area, I remember how highly touted he was out of Granby high school. He got in trouble at Penn State and ended up at Norfolk State where he put up good numbers with not much talent throwing him the ball... Great size/speed/athleticism... he has stayed out of trouble since exit from PSU... we'll see I guess... kind of disappointed we didn't get him.

Re: Undrafted Free Agents Signed
^ if you look at post number 5 Skinfan mentions that on twitter S.Sharper is supposedly heading to the Jags for an interview then possibly the Skins. Can anyone confirm this? I know there was banter about his talk on the NFL network about the Skins being 1 veteran safety away from being a SB contender.Darren Sharper - Funny Comments ( redskins related & Merged) - EXTREMESKINS.com

Re: Undrafted Free Agents Signed
Definitely. They love him in Pittsburgh and he's actually quite effective when he has to fill in.
They picked back up Leftwich for a 7th...not exactly the kind of QB you want starting. If they thought he was capable of starting, even as a fill-in, he would not have been let go in the first place. Dennis Dixon could even push for the starter job, but I'd expect it to be Batch, Dixon, and then Leftwich in Roethlisberger's absence. Then, I'd bet Leftwich would be more likely to be let go than Dixon who is in their long-term plans or Batch who they just signed for 2 more years. Leftwich probably won't see the field in the regular season barring injuries.

Re: Undrafted Free Agents Signed
yea, Batch has been unlucky with injuries. i think he's 3-1 starting for Pitt. Dixon looked solid in that start at baltimore, a tall order. they shoulda/coulda won that game if they'd called a couple of safe QB bootleg option runs instead of risking that pass (INT, game over).
baltimore lucks out by getting their @Pitt game in week 4 while Ben is out. they are 1-4 over last 2 years against pitt, the one win against Dixon.
