Is there any word on how high that 2013 pick could become.

Re: Redskins and Vikings agree on McNabb trade (updated: deal is done)

I don't know but my arch-nemesis Adam Schefter and my compadre John Clayton as well as FoxSports' Jay Glazer are reporting that the deal will be officially announced tomorrow.

And as reported it will be McNabb for a 6th in 2012 and a conditional 6th in 2013. The 5th and 7th I had initially said was what the Redskins were looking for apparently

Vikings' punter who wears #5 is screwing with McNabb for the jersey number.

If McNabb wants #5, he’ll be promoting a punter’s rock band - Shutdown Corner - NFL*Blog - Yahoo! Sports

Getting creative. Niiice. I can just imagine McNabb's press conferences now:

Reporter: So McNabb, what do you feel was the reason why you guys were able to be successful on the field today, you in particular?

McNabb: Well, we just came together as a team, and played as a team. But personally, I feel like a big influence on me at this point in my career was this alt. rock band Tripping Icarus, who I just heard about upon coming over here. As soon as I put them on my Ipod, I felt rejuvenated, and it was like everything just came together for me from that point on.

Good. Glad he's gone. Never liked an Eagirl for our QB anyway...(even though Sonny was an eagirl once) Mcnabb just isn't very smart and the Shanny's knew it and the Vikes will find out themselves as they languish in last place in the NFC Norris behind the Pack, Bears, Lions (yep, I said it).

Ah, no wonder. I know it used to be called the Black and Blue back in the NFC Central days, but never heard of NFC Norris before. NFC Norris like Chuck Norris?

Sonny confirms the armband incident and that McFake put the team in incorrect formations last season. P-A-T-H-E-T-I-C.

Re: Redskins and Vikings agree on McNabb trade (updated: deal is done)

Did this really happen?

A ton of outrage follows, until Bishop reveals the second part of the story.

"So they're having this power lunch, power dinner at the Super Bowl with Fletcher Smith (McNabb's agent), Bruce Allen, Mike Shanahan and Dan Snyder. At some point, this topic comes up," he said.

"At that point, when Snyder heard that, Snyder apparently went ballistic and said, 'Are you effing kidding me?' Why did I hire you as the head coach? I'm paying you $7 million a year to be the head coach, and you can't get your guy to wear a wristband? Are you serious? If he's on the team next year, you're making him wear the wristband," he said.

Bishop said Shanahan and Snyder then began arguing, and Smith and Allen "didn't know what to do." Again, take this for what you will, but the whole thing is so Redskins if you think about it.
