Re: Sons of Anarchy
Jamf pretty much called this one! Nice one there dude. Much like the security guard who got offed for taking Opie, I am going to enjoy seeing Frankie get his. And the only way I see Clay living after this season is if Jax's master plan doesn't work and they can't get enough evidence on him. Juice pretty much wrote his own death sentence by confessing to Clay, because if Clay goes down I have no doubts he'd rat out Juice just to try and shift some heat. Of course that's all assuming Eli doesn't out Juice. I love the way everything is being tied together.

Sidenote: I really like Damon Pope. I mean he's a bastard and self serving but he seems fair (even though killing Tig's daughter was unnecessarily cruel, it was an eye for an eye kind of thing) and a straight shooter. And even though doing things for the community is probably to take heat off of him being a crime boss, he does seem to enjoy doing so. I mean hell, even Tony Montana had a heart deep down.

Re: Sons of Anarchy
Great episode, I'm curious how far Gemma is going to along with the plan or if her old, scheming self will shine through. I'm also kind of afraid to see how this thing with Juice plays out because I could see him getting sacrificed by Clay to further his ends. The suspension is killing me!!

Well then. Just got around to catching last nights new episode, and I'll try to keep it spoiler free because I'm not sure if everyone else has seen it yet. I'll just say that it looks like the end is near for another guy who has been around since the shows beginning, and it's a shame since I enjoyed his character.

Re: Sons of Anarchy
Cray cray.
I didn't comment on this thread last week because I had a lot going on and had to DVR the last episode and didn't get around to watching it till earlier tonight. p.s. Otto is cray. Tara is kinda stupid for falling for it. She did what she had to do though but ultimately gotten taken down for it. Juice doesn't make it through the end of the season.

Yeah Juice is kinda fd either way. I'm hoping they are not building up something that gets Chubs killed, but I have that sinking feeling in my stomach. Then you also have the Tig/Poe story to finish. So much stuff, so few episodes!!!!

Re: Sons of Anarchy
No doubt Tara will be an accomplice to murder. She can kiss that career goodbye. I don't see a scenario where they put Tara in prison for a long time while the show goes on, so it will be interesting to see how she gets out of this. I think Juice definitely dies this year, there's no way the club lets him live once they know about it, and it doesn't matter what he does to help take down Clay.
The scenario I see with the best odds of playing out is that Jax never gets his evidence on Clay, Clay lives, Juice goes down at some point from trying too hard to bring down Clay (and failing), and Pope intervenes and takes down Tig when he becomes impatient. If Jax does get his evidence on Clay, then Clay dies, and Tig dies, and probably Juice dies because there's no way Jax forgives him for snitching and killing another club member. Not sure they'd want to kill off that many club members all at once. |

Re: Sons of Anarchy
Clay is going through a catharsis, of sorts. Jax is slowly becoming Clay. Sutter is certainly driving down a Shakespearean path.

Re: Sons of Anarchy
Hell of an episode.
Still think Juice gets killed, especially after letting Clay re-stash the legal documents. Bobby is also biting off a bit more than he can chew. And the guy stalking Otto and Tara? Need some mooby insight on this. He's usually pretty dead on about his predictions.

Re: Sons of Anarchy
I know "who" the Donal Logue character is...not sure what his angle is though. He's a former Federal Marshall. And supposedly he's a badass. It's very likely the intro arc into next season since they seem to be cleaning up the major arcs currently brewing.

Re: Sons of Anarchy
Tbh, I think FRPLG's predictions are more accurate than mine. I wasn't sure who the Donal Logue character was until I saw him watching Tara, and I agree with FRPLG that he's some sort of federal bigwig.
I don't see Juice surviving either, he's had a good run on the show but now that Jax isn't the only one who knows he's a rat, there's no way he lives. With Jax transforming into a "Clay Jr" so to speak, I see him just putting a bullet in Juice by the end of this season. Juice has failed to live up to his end of the bargain in regards to getting the paperwork from Clay, so it's yet another reason for Jax to just get rid of him. I also don't see Bobby aligning with Clay really working out. From the preview it looks like he said he's doing it to prevent Jax from turning into Clay, but that's already happening. I think it really comes down to if they can get out of Rico. If Rico stays around, Clay lives. And I think Rico stays around because of the new federal suit who came to Charming. Even if Rico is off the table I see him using it as a way to intimidate club members. But that'll be harder to do once Juice is dead, Juice really was the weak link inside the club. |

Re: Sons of Anarchy
I think RICO is done. They tend to wrap up the "threatening" arcs a little too nicely on SOA and last nights episode felt like one of those situations. I am guessing we'll not be hearing about RICO much anymore.
The main arcs going forward probably are going to be Tara's involvement in the murder and the ensuing legal entanglements and this new guy....which upon relfelction I'm pretty sure go hand in hand. My guess is that this Logue character, who I know for sure is a forcibly retired Federal Marshall was in some way related to the nurse. Last night we saw him dealing with Otto and watching Tara. The only connection between the two would have to be the nurse. I'm guessing brother because husband seems too obvious and apparently this guy had to be forced into retirement because he was too violent...which doesn't read like he's a family-man to me. |

Re: Sons of Anarchy
Which would be funny, since the nurse is his sister IRL. In fact, they were also siblings in their last FX show, Terriers (an incredible show that didn't last past its inaugural season).
