For that matter so did kapernick. Luck is damn good, i would of been happy with him or RGIII. Luck has had many come back wins this year.

Re: Around the NFL ... Week 13 edition

Guys, do you all really think Luck is better than RG III and should be ROY?

RG III has been NFC player of the week twice ( should have been a third time last week as he had a better statistical game the Cam in a much bigger game ) and has been named the Offensive rookie of the month 2 out of 3 possible months this season.

He has transformed one of the worst offenses in the league for the past how many years? into one of the best scoring teams in the league.

Luck is benefitting from an entire team being led by their coaches personal problems and the energy that it has created on a local and national scale. They are saving him from all of his mistakes.

RG III on the other hand has single handedly inspired, drove, and led his team to the success they are having. The defensive players that have played RG III have raved about his complete game and amazing athleticism. I don't hear that from others around the league regarding the other two.

To me there is no question he is the ROY if he finishes the way he has started. Even if he brings the skins to a 8-8 season it is pretty remarkable considering how poor our defense is. ( still believe he has the ability to get us to 9-7 or 10-6 )

He appears to be a guy that has the ability to show everyone something they have never seen.

He's 8-4 ...... on a team that was dead last... without him

I don't understand why the Ravens don't run the ball more when they have Rice.

How about that Jim Schwartz guys! He's TOTALLY turned that Lions franchise around!!! Man, hopefully we'll hire him after we fire Shanny this year. Can't wait to get that 4-8 record going into week 14.

Seattle still has some tough games left, have to fly across country and play Buffalo always a tough trip. Also play the 49ers and Rams.

By no means is it over to get a WC spot, but have to win tomorrow to stay a game behind them.

I think a loss today a) was expected, and b) would have been huge. While Seattle has tough games, all the division games are at Seattle where they are a different team.

Yeah he showed no balls today, on 3rd and 5 at mid field. They ran the ball and punted, should have passed for the win. Get a 1st down you win.

Good point. Luck is working with a lot less talent than we are. Remember the Colts were dead in the toilet last year and now are in playoff position.

True but before last year they were regularly posting 10 win seasons. QB play is the biggest factor in any teams success however I think that this team has more talent then people give them credit for.

Bottom line Luck and Wilson have been playing like rookies with moments of brilliance at the right times. RG3 on the other hand has been playing like a top 10 QB week in and week out. I'd argue that Rookie of the Year is an individual award, not a team award.
