Re: Redskins trade for Ha Ha Clinton-Dix
WR is the easiest Position to transition too, u are just running routes not learning coverages and concepts but I agree HHCD is not that guy. He's too slow for a FS

Far enough but I think you are underplaying the blocking schemes etc they have to learn as well.

Re: Redskins trade for Ha Ha Clinton-Dix
How difficult can learning a new scheme be? Clinton-Dix hasn't appeared anything close to how he did in GB...

Re: Redskins trade for Ha Ha Clinton-Dix
Like I said, he is no better and may be worse than Montae. There's a reason GB made zero attempt to resign him. I'm kind of over bringing in all these Bama guys.

Yeah I get they want to bring in a winning culture but it's not that easy.

Re: Redskins trade for Ha Ha Clinton-Dix
Who in the fuck watched tape on this guy from recent history and decided he was worth a draft pick? And what about dont fix it if it aint broken? We have been getting absolutely lit with the deep ball since this clown was acquired. The entire staff and FO needs to be torched. Literally down to the guy who brings the coffee. Thats the bad news. The good news is JJ is gonna help us win out and we getting a wildcard. Yeah im all over the fucking place but I got no choice. Dumpster fire or not i gotta stay positive until we are mathematically done.

Re: Redskins trade for Ha Ha Clinton-Dix
Who the hell thought Apke was going to be a good pick? He was so bad in pre season. Just cause you're an athlete doesn't mean you can play football. Terrible pick.

Re: Redskins trade for Ha Ha Clinton-Dix
I remember hearing a ton of chatter on pods there was a ton of resistance to him.
What's even more frustrating is the stand out guard from VT, Teller was still on the board. He is ok as a starter in Buffalo as a rookie, despite being a 5th round pick. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

Re: Redskins trade for Ha Ha Clinton-Dix
The Redskins front office is so foolish...and yes I'm talking to you Doug Williams...I don't know if you were the driving force behind sending a 4th round pick for HaHa Clinton-Dix but the time to make this trade was not in-season....Clinton Dix has struggled....probably due to the fact he's learning a new defensive scheme after being in another defense for 3-4 years....and the coaches are retarded for two reasons....#1 they are fixing HaHa to do what they are trying to do instead of adjusting the coverages to what he does well....and #2 someone who knows the defense like Everett who has been there longer should be playing SS while HaHa gets up to speed....I'm sure Torrian Gray has mentioned this to Manusky before or maybe he hasn't....seems like the DB coach would realize this....but it's not the DB coach's fault...let Everett start the last game against Philly.
