Re: Dallas postgame

I might be wrong but I think Doug handles most of the GM duties. To me it would be logical to have him step into the roll that Allen is doing as well.

I heard Allen got Smith before anyone knew. That tells me Bruce is still acting as the GM and making personnel moves. Doug is just a front to appease the fans

So Allen is allowing Doug to handle all GM and personnel moves? Why did Allen take it upon himself to get Alex Smith before telling anyone?

No I didn’t say he handles everything, it’s more of a team effort with Doug, Allen, Gruden, and Kyle Smith

John Harbaugh if Baltimore let's him go. I'd take him over Jim

Re: Dallas postgame

Didn’t they hire a guy from the NFL corporate offices who is highly respected and has an impeccable reputation in NFL circles? The thinking was he’d replace Bruce and Bruce is being assigned more to the new stadium

Brian Lafemina, President of Business Operations and Chief Operating Officer.

He’s not a GM type, he’s all business

Re: Dallas postgame

Lets get Bill Cowher and give him a 10 year, 100 million contract.

No no no, new blood is needed, if anything. No retread.

Re: Dallas postgame

I want Bruce gone and Doug to actually have the GM label. BSmithersA offers absolutely nothing positive to this franchise.

I think our entire health and conditioning department needs to go too. Way too many injuries.

How are they responsible for torn knees, broken ribs, compound fractures, high ankle sprains or pectoral tears? It’s called bad luck.
